Passion for teaching, love for sewing
I started sewing as a little girl, making doll clothes, guided by my grand mother and my mom. in 2011, I discovered the reenactment world and quickly gathered friends and family to start our own group. we were mostly students, without budget, so making our costumes ourselves was our only option ! that's when I fell in love with historical fashions and costumes. and in 2022, a few month after I moved to Canada, I had the incredible opportunity to join fort William historical park as the costumer, leading my own costuming department and team...kind of a dream comes true for a reenactor !

In the "real world," after high school, I pursued studies in education. six years old me already knew that I was meant to be a teacher, or an educator in some capacity. After graduating, I spent a few years working as an educator before becoming a daycare director.

L'atelier de la petite souris, founded in 2012, was the perfect fusion of my passion for teaching and my love for sewing. For eight years, until the pandemic and my move from France to canada, I offered sewing workshops for schools, daycares, and private events, sharing my fondness for tailoring, historical fashion, and the art of sewing.
now confortable in my new environnement, I am thrilled to relaunch my business here in canada !
